A real coach, not a static book.

Reading a coaching book today
You highlight the parts that land, and never open the book again.
The exercise in chapter 3 lives on the author's website, as a PDF worksheet behind an email form.
The advice is written for everyone, so it fits your situation only roughly.
Nothing asks you a question. Nothing notices when you stop.
By chapter 9 you have forgotten what you decided in chapter 3.
Book finished. Nothing implemented.

Chapter 1 exercise, saved to your workbook

It coaches, it doesn't summarize

AI can now carry an entire book, in the author's own voice and method, and use it on one person at a time. It asks what your situation is before it answers. It runs the exercises with you instead of pointing you at a worksheet. It brainstorms when you get stuck, pushes when you are vague, and remembers what you worked out last time.

How is it different than just using AI like ChatGPT?

A general AI assistant has not read the book. It works from the cover copy, the reviews and the summaries floating around online, so what comes back is the gist, delivered confidently and thin. The exercises are missing, the method is approximated, and the details that make it the author's book rather than a genre are gone.

It is also built to answer you, not to coach you. It will not hold you to an exercise, push back when your answer is vague, or carry your goals from one session to the next until you have actually done something with them. This one has the whole book, and its only job is to get you through it.
